CONFIRMATION
A registration confirmation will be sent by email to participants once the online registration request and payment have been successfully received by the Conference Secretariat. Participants may be requested to present this confirmation at the registration counter as proof of their registration and payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellation is allowed. Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable until 21st August 2024. Notice of transfer must be in writing to the attention of Event Secretariat: jude@djr.productions
A processing fee of USD50 will be levied for name transfers.

Additionally, if you haven’t opted out of the information share, we may share your information with event sponsors and delegates.
Please note that we may be required to disclose your Personal Data in specific situations, such as when required to do so by law, in response to requests from law enforcement authorities or government officials, or by court order. We may also be required to disclose your Personal Data if necessary for investigations or legal proceedings. Rest assured that we will always take great care in handling your personal information and will only disclose it when necessary.
PHOTOGRAPHY, SOUND RECORDING, AND FILMING AT OUR EVENTS
We may document our events through photography, sound recording, videotaping, and filming. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, such as on our website, brochures, email direct mailers, and social media. If you are attending our events, please note that photos, sound recordings, videos, and film recordings of you may be captured. By attending the conference and activities we will assume that you have consented to the use of any materials where you appear.
