By registering for the 3RD EDITION OF the CAA International Cocoa Conference Exhibition and Dinner (hereinafter referred to as the “CAA International Cocoa Conference Exhibition and Dinner”, “CAAICCE2024” or the “Conference”), participants agree to the following terms and conditions.
Participation is not possible without prior payment of the registration fee, except if indicated otherwise by the Cocoa Association of Asia (CAA).
The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject a registration request.
Any vouchers cannot be used to combine with any ongoing promotions or early bird special rates.

Registration for CAAICCE2024 can only be completed via the registration page. Registration to the Conference is managed by the Conference Secretariat operated by DJR Productions. Bulk Dinner Tables enquiries can also be made with the Conference Secretariat at events@djr.productions
The Conference Secretariat will issue registration invoices, registration confirmation, and answer participants’ queries concerning their registration on behalf of CAA. Upon registration, participants will be requested to pay the registration fee, either by using the online service provided on the registration page or by bank transfer as per the instructions provided on the registration page.
Participation will not be possible without prior payment of the registration fee, unless otherwise specified by CAA.
Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance. The registration fee does not include insurance, flights or accommodation or any travel or logistics related costs.
No Refunds & Cancellations will be made for registered participants. Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable until 21st August 2024. For name substitutions, a processing fee of USD50 will be charged.
